The Paris-based company started producing automobiles in 1925. The brand name was Schmidlin . Production ended in 1926.

The only model was a small car. A four-cylinder built -in engine from Ruby with a displacement of 985 cm³ provided the drive . The engine was mounted in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The transmission had three gears.
