The Sociéte des Automobiles et Moteurs Côte was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Saint-Dizier company started producing automobiles in 1900. The brand name was Côte . Production ended again in the same year. Vehicles were manufactured again in Pantin between 1908 and 1913 .

The model from 1900 was equipped with a water-cooled two - cylinder engine with 3 HP in the rear. The open body offered space for two people.

In 1908 models with two-cylinder and four - cylinder two-stroke engines appeared , which were also used in car races. In 1912 there were six models in the range from 4 CV to 18 CV . In 1913 there were only the models 8/17 CV with a displacement of 1100 cm³ and 16/28 CV with a displacement of 2100 cm³.
