The Paris-based company began producing automobiles in 1911. The first letters of the three company founders formed the brand name CLC . Production ended in 1913.

The first model from 1911 had a single-cylinder engine with 6 hp . The model presented in 1912 was equipped with a four-cylinder engine with 10 hp. Both engines were two-stroke engines .
