The Paris-based company began producing automobiles in 1913. The brand name was Deschamps . Production ended again in the same year.

The only model 6 CV was a cycle car . It was equipped with a single cylinder engine with 638 cm³ displacement , three-speed gearbox and cardan drive . The body offered space for two people.
