The Neuilly-sur-Seine company started producing automobiles in 1906. The brand name was Parant . Production ended in 1907.

The models 16/20 CV and 24/30 CV were on offer . For driving a saw four-cylinder engine of Ballot . The engine power was transferred to the rear axle by means of a chain. The transmission had three gears.
