The Lyon company started producing automobiles in 1908. The brand name was Ageron . Production ended in 1910.

The 10/12 CV model was on offer . A four-cylinder engine provided the drive . The engine power was transmitted to the rear axle via chains. A special feature was a compressed air starter. There were also models with one- and two-cylinder engines with 6 to a maximum of 12 taxable horsepower .
