The Société des Automobiles Westinghouse was a French automobile manufacturer .
Company history
The company was founded in Le Havre in 1901 as a subsidiary of the American company Westinghouse Electric . In 1904 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Westinghouse . Production ended in 1912. At Marta in Arad ( Hungary ) a license production took place.
vehicles
Initially there were the 20/28 CV and 30/40 CV models with chain drive. In 1908 the models 16/20 CV and 20/30 CV with cardan drive and the 35/40 CV with chain drive appeared. All vehicles were equipped with four-cylinder engines.
