The engineers Bégot and Mazurié founded the automobile production company in Reims in 1899 . The brand name was Bégot & Mazurié . Bégot & Cail became the successor company in 1900.

The only model was the 4 CV . It had a single cylinder engine with a 100 mm bore and 95 mm stroke , ie 746 cm³ displacement . The engine was installed in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear wheels via a chain .
