Charles Gautier et Cie was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

After Charles Gautier left Gautier-Wehrlé , he founded a new company for the production of automobiles in Courbevoie in 1902 . In 1903 production ended temporarily. In 1907 another vehicle was shown at the Paris Motor Show .

The models offered were 6 ½ CV with a single-cylinder engine from De Dion-Bouton or Aster , 12 CV with a two-cylinder engine and 16 CV , 22 CV and 30 CV with four-cylinder engines from Aster or Mutel . The four-cylinder models were chain-driven .
