The company from Nanterre took over Prosper-Lambert in 1907 and began producing automobiles. The brand name was Jean Bart . Production ended in 1907 or 1908.

There were three models: the 9 CV with a single cylinder engine and 16-20 CV and 40 CV with four cylinder engines . The 16-20 CV was available in the body styles double phaeton and landaulet . The vehicles had a cardan drive .
