The SA des Ateliers du Furan was a French company.
Company history
Auguste Dombret founded the Dombret & Jussy company in Saint-Étienne in 1880 . He manufactured gas engines, weapons and, from 1888, bicycles . In 1898 the name was changed to SA des Établissements Jussy . At the same time, the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Jussy . Automobile production ended in 1900. There was a connection to Motosacoche . In 1906 the Atelier du Furan was renamed SA . Automobiles were built again between 1908 and 1912, this time bearing the brand name SAF . In 1950 the company was dissolved.

The offer was a tricycle with the single wheel at the back. A water-cooled single - cylinder engine with a displacement of 500 cm³ and an output of 4.5 hp , which was mounted under the driver's seat and powered the rear wheel via a chain, provided the drive.
