The company, located at 28 rue de Brest in Morlaix, began producing automobiles in 1898. The brand name was Petigars Prat Carrabin . Production ended in 1900.

The company manufactured small cars. A water-cooled single - cylinder engine with a displacement of 900 cm³ and an output of 8 hp provided the drive .
