Charles Pantz was a French manufacturer of motor vehicles .

Company history

Charles Pantz founded the company that bore his name in Pont-à-Mousson in 1899 . First of all, trucks were built . The brand name was Pantz . In 1900 the production of automobiles began , which ended in 1901. Trucks were manufactured until 1907.

Automobiles

The company offered two models. The two available two-cylinder engines developed 6 HP and 9 HP. The engine power was transmitted to the rear wheels via pulleys. The transmission had four forward and two reverse gears. The control was carried out by means of a handlebar.
