Construction d'Automobiles Dexter was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Lyon-based company belonged to cyclist Alexandre Fauré. In 1906 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Dexter . Production ended in 1909.

vehicles

The models 50/60 CV , 72 CV and 100 CV were offered . Large-volume four - cylinder and six - cylinder engines provided the drive . The engine power was transmitted to the rear axle by chains . Many of these vehicles were used in car races.
