Company history

The Birmingham-based company began producing automobiles in 1903. The brand name was Holdsworth . Production ended in 1904.

Small cars were on offer. Built-in motors from Aster provided the drive . The 4½ HP had a single cylinder engine and chain drive. There was also the 6 ½ HP with a single-cylinder engine and the 6 HP with a two-cylinder engine . Both had a cardan drive . The vehicles offered space for two people.
