The London company started producing automobiles in 1899. The brand name was Bassett . Production ended in 1901.

The first vehicle appeared in 1899 and remained a prototype . In May 1901 the production model was presented during London's Agricultural Hall Exhibition . A single-cylinder engine from Fafnir-Werke with 4 hp was mounted in the rear and drove the rear axle. The transmission had two gears. The open body offered space for four people.
