Wilson Bros was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Wilson brothers were electrical engineers. They founded the company in Bedford and began producing automobiles in 1904. The brand name was Bedford . Automobile production ended in the same year. In the 1920s there was a collaboration with CE Humphreys from the same place.

There were three models on offer. The smallest was the 6 HP . A single-cylinder engine powered the vehicle. The open body offered space for two people. The solid rubber tires were unusual. The models 10 HP with two-cylinder engine and 16 HP with four-cylinder engine had pneumatic tires . For the largest model there was a touring car body from Védrine .
