The JW Brooke & Company Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer in Lowestoft (Suffolk) . Luxury automobiles were manufactured there from 1902 to 1913.

The first Brooke models, produced up to 1904, were equipped with transversely installed three-cylinder in-line engines. From 1905 there was a transition to four-cylinder engines, and the following year to six-cylinder engines. All of these engines were side-controlled .

With the beginning of the First World War , the company stopped building automobiles.
