Duplex motor engineering

The duplex Motor Engineering Co. Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer based in London . From 1906 to 1908, upper middle class cars were produced there.

The Duplex 30 hp had a two-stroke engine with a displacement of around 3.5 liters. It was believed to be the largest two-stroke engine ever installed in an automobile.

The car was expensive and could not convince, so that it disappeared from the market three years after its presentation.
