The Roydale Engineering Co. Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer based in Huddersfield, Yorkshire .

In 1908 two models of conventional touring car design were offered. Both had water-cooled four-cylinder in-line engines. The 3861 mm long and 1,600 mm wide 20 hp had a displacement of 3.2 l and a wheelbase of 2896 mm, while the 4013 mm long and 1524 mm wide 25 hp had a displacement of 3.9 l and a wheelbase of 2946 mm.

In the following year the 18 hp replaced the 20 hp. The engine had remained the same, but the wheelbase dropped to 2845 mm, the length increased to 3937 mm and the width decreased to 1524 mm.

In 1910 the Roydale disappeared from the market.
