Duocars

The Duocars Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer based in Deptford , London . This company produced small cars under the name Duo from 1912 to 1914 .

In 1912 a car with a V2 engine was created, which had a displacement of 964 cm³ and developed an output of 8 bhp (5.9 kW). The wheelbase was 2438 mm, its track width was 1067 mm.

In 1914 three successors to the first duo appeared. All three cars had the chassis of their predecessor and were 3150 mm long and 1270 mm wide. A single-cylinder engine with 729 cm³ was available for the type A, the type B had a two-cylinder in-line engine with 987 cm³ displacement and the type C was powered by an in-line four-cylinder engine with 1094 cm³ displacement.

With the beginning of the First World War , the duo disappeared from the market.
