Rennie & Prosser Ltd. was a British manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The Glasgow company began producing automobiles in 1911. The brand name was Cotton . The client was the Cotton Motor Car Company Ltd. headed by Alfred Cotton . from Brisbane , which also accepted the vehicles and sold them in Australia . Production ended in the same year. A total of around 15 vehicles were built.
vehicles
The vehicles were intended for use in rough terrain and therefore had a high ground clearance. A four-cylinder engine from White & Poppe with OHV valve control and 24 hp powered the vehicles. The curb weight was given as 1323 kg.
