Winter & Co. was a British automobile manufacturer.

Company history

The company was based in Wandsworth, London . It manufactured two different small car models between 1912 and 1914. The first was marketed as WW , the second as both WW and Winter .

The first model had a V2 engine from Precision , a gearbox from Chater-Lea and cardan drive to the rear axle. The second model also had a V2 engine, but it came from Blumfield . It also differed from the first model because of the friction gear and the drive via a belt.
