Utopian Motor Works was a British manufacturer of bicycles and automobiles .
Company history
The Leicester company made bicycles. In 1914 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Utopian . Automobile production ended in the same year. In total, only a few copies were made. The sale of a motor vehicle to a clergyman is recorded.
Automobiles
The only model was a tricycle with a single front wheel. The steering was carried out by means of a long lever. A water-cooled two - cylinder engine was mounted under the seat and drove the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The open body offered space for two people.
