Hugh Kennedy founded the company in Glasgow in 1907 and began manufacturing automobiles. The brand names were Kennedy and Ailsa . Production ended in 1910. Hugh Kennedy was later involved in Rob Roy .

The only model was the 15/20 HP . A four-cylinder engine was mounted in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear axle. The original price was 395 pounds .
