The New Engine Co. Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer who was based in Willesden near London from 1905 to 1921 .

Under the brand name NEC , the company manufactured conventional mid -range cars with two- and four-cylinder engines. The engines covered the range from 15 hp to 40 hp.
