FE Morriss was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Frank E. Morriss, who was already manufacturing automobiles with his brother before the First World War and marketed them as Morriss , founded the company in London in 1919 . He imported two complete vehicles and around 100 chassis from Crow-Elkhart . Based on these chassis, he began with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Morriss-London . Production stopped in 1920 when the company went bankrupt . Saunders Motors took over the 69 remaining chassis.
