CE Richardson & Co. Limited was a British automobile manufacturer based in Sheffield, Yorkshire from 1919 to 1922, producing small cars. The brand name was Richardson .

In 1919 an 8 hp model with an air-cooled , side-controlled V2 engine from JAP with a displacement of 990 cc appeared . The two-seater, 3023 mm long roadster with a convertible top had a wheelbase of 2057 mm and a track width of 1168 mm. The weight of the chassis was 356 kg.

In 1920 he was given a more powerful 10 hp model with a Precision engine with a displacement of 1090 cc. The dimensions corresponded to those of the 8 hp.

Production ended in 1922. A total of around 500 vehicles were built.

A vehicle stands in the Kelham Island Museum in Sheffield.
