Eric Longden

Eric-Longden was a British automobile brand from 1922 to 1927, named after the Australian Eric Longden. The manufacturer was Air Navigation & Engineering Company Ltd. from Addlestone, Surrey . The sister brand from the same company was Blériot-Whippet with the Blériot-Whippet model .

In 1922 four models appeared: The Eric-Longden 8 hp had a V2 engine like the larger Eric-Longden 10 hp . Hp was 8 of page controlled and had 1.0 liters, while that of the 10 hp above control was 1.1 and had liters. There were also two side-controlled four-cylinder models, the Eric-Longden 9 hp with a displacement of 1.1 l and the Eric-Longden 11 hp with a displacement of 1.3 l. Both four-cylinder had a wheelbase of 2489 mm.

In the course of 1923 the 11 hp got a slightly smaller engine with 1.25 l displacement and a wheelbase extended to 2540 mm. From 1924 it was the only model of the brand.

In 1927 Eric-Longden disappeared from the market.
