Company history
HR Godfrey, who earlier in GN worked, and Stuart Proctor established in 1928, the company in the London district of Richmond and started the production of automobiles. The brand name was Godfrey-Proctor . Production ended in 1929. A total of around ten vehicles were built.

The Austin 7 formed the basis of the vehicles . The chassis have been lengthened. The four-cylinder engine received a cylinder head from aluminum . A special carburetor from Solex was used. Newns from Thames Ditton made most of the four-seater bodies.
