The Cubitts Engineering Co. Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer in Aylesbury (Buckinghamshire) . From 1923 to 1925, middle-class cars based on the American model were manufactured there.

description

In 1923 the Cubitt 16/20 hp was introduced. The car was a slow-running, overhead- driven in-line four-cylinder engine with 2.8 liter displacement, the 28 hp (21 kW) at 1800 min -1 developed. The car was available with two wheelbases, 3048 mm or 3200 mm.

In 1925, the somewhat simpler K4 and L4 models were added. They had the same engine as the model that had been in production for two years, but with side-mounted valves . The performance will have been correspondingly lower. The K4 had a 3073 mm wheelbase, the L4 3226 mm.

Constant delivery problems for components finally put the company off in 1925.
