Preston Autocar Company Ltd. was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The London company started producing automobiles in 1921. The brand name was Comet . Production ended in the same year.

Only one model was on offer. It was a small car . A four-cylinder engine with 10 hp was mounted in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The transmission had four gears. The open body offered space for two people. Doors and bonnet were omitted.
