Angus-Sanderson

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Angus Sanderson Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer in the London Aerodrome Hendon Middlesex . Between 1919 and 1927 three models were built there.

The 12 hp had a four-cylinder in-line engine with a displacement of 2,245 cm³ and side-mounted valves . Boring from 75 mm to 76 mm resulted in the 14 hp with 2,304 cm³ displacement, which was offered in parallel. Both models were designed for mass production, but did not sell particularly well.

Therefore, between 1923 and 1926, the smaller 8 hp model was offered with the same design, but only 990 cm³ displacement. Here, too, the manufacturers' hopes were not fulfilled.

In 1928 the brand disappeared from the market.
