The company from the London borough of Wandsworth began producing automobiles in 1922. The brand name was Chelsea . Production ended in the same year. In total, only a few copies were made.

The only model Electric was an electric car . The BTH - electric motor was mounted above the rear axle. The batteries 44 cells were partly under a hood front, rear part in the engine. Because of the front hood, the vehicle was similar to ordinary cars with gasoline engines . The coupé body offered space for two people. The original price was £ 700 .
