GF Stack & Co.
The GF Stack & Co. Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer who was based in East Croydon (Surrey) from 1921 to 1925 . There were small cars and cars of the lower middle class made.
In 1921 the 6/10 hp , an open, two-seater touring car , was released. It had a side-controlled V2 engine with 0.77 l displacement and a wheelbase of 2489 mm. This car was built until 1922.
In 1923 it was replaced by the 8 hp model with 0.86 l displacement on the same chassis, and in 1924 the 10 hp with 0.9 l displacement.
In 1925 the first and only four-cylinder model followed the V2 versions with the 12 hp . The in-line engine had a displacement of 1.5 l and the wheelbase was lengthened to 2951 mm.
In the same year the company fell victim to the global economic crisis .
