Edward Bowser founded the company in Leeds in 1922 and began manufacturing automobiles. The brand name was Bowser . Production ended in 1923. Edward Bowser made sidecars for another company in the 1930s .

The only model was a small car. A two-cylinder engine from Koh-I-Noor with a capacity of 1021 cm³ and 9 hp was mounted in the front of the vehicle and drove the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The transmission had three gears. The open body offered space for two people. The original price was an expensive £ 300 at the start and £ 225 later.
