The Autocrat Light Car Company was a British automobile manufacturer based in Hall Green near Birmingham . From 1913 to 1926 various light passenger cars with two or four cylinder engines were built there.

Before the First World War , two- and four-cylinder models of the same strength were always produced in parallel. From 1916 there were only water-cooled four-cylinder models.

In 1926 the company had to cease operations for economic reasons.
