Athmac engine

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Athmac Motor Company was a British manufacturer of automobiles , which was based in Leyton in the greater London area.

In 1913 they built the Athmac 10/12 hp , which was driven by a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1110 cm³ via a friction disk transmission. The engine power was transmitted to the rear wheels via two long belts.

The car was supposed to cost 120 guineas , but mass production never really got going.
