Ivanhoe Motor Company was a British manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The company from the London borough of Cricklewood began producing automobiles in 1905. The brand name was initially Mercury , later Ivanhoe . Production ended in 1906. Ivanhoe also sold vehicles from Dougill and Weigel Motors .

The first model was the Mercury 24 HP . It was presented at the Olympic Show in February 1905. It had a conventional chassis with a four-cylinder engine that was mounted in the front of the vehicle and drove the rear axle. The wheelbase was 2817 mm. The body variants Tonneau and Phaeton offered space for four to six people.
From the Olympic Show in November 1905, the model was called Ivanhoe 24 HP .
