Company history
The Taunton-based company was connected to C. Allen & Sons Ltd. In 1906 the production of chassis and automobiles began. The brand name was CCC . The Bridgwater Motor Company was one of the buyers of the chassis. Production ended in 1907.
vehicles
The company sourced many parts for the chassis from Malicet & Blin . Built-in engines from Établissements Ballot powered the vehicles. These were engines with a T-head . The smallest model was the 8 HP with a single cylinder engine . There were also the 16/20 HP , 20/30 HP and 24/30 HP models with four-cylinder engines . The engines were mounted in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear axle via a chain.
The attempt to design a taxi for London failed.
