Company history

The Bedford company began producing automobiles in 1913. The brand name was Girling . Production ended in 1914. Much of the production was exported to Australia .

The offer was a Cyclecar . It was a tricycle. An air-cooled single-cylinder engine from our own production with 6 HP output was connected to a friction gear and drove the individual rear wheel via a cardan shaft . In addition to the usual two seats, there was a third seat above the rear wheel. The new price was 110 pounds including a spare wheel.
