Critchley Norris engine

The Critchley Norris Motor Co. Ltd. was a British commercial vehicle and automobile manufacturer based in Preston, Lancashire . A passenger car model was manufactured there from 1906 to 1908.

The Critchley-Norris 40 hp was a large, open touring car on a truck chassis. It was powered by a four-cylinder in-line engine with a displacement of 7.05 l.

After three years, production was given up after only a few copies and the construction of commercial vehicles continued.
