The Pickering, Darby & Allday Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer who was based in Birmingham from 1912 to 1913 .

Under the name PDA , the company manufactured a cycle car with V2 engines from various manufacturers such as Blumfield , JAP and Precision . A total of around 15 vehicles were built.
