Britannia Engineering Company

The Britannia Engineering Company Ltd. was a British manufacturer of cycle cars based in Nottingham . There was no connection to the company of the same name, Britannia Engineering from Colchester , which a few years earlier offered automobiles under the same brand name.

A four-wheeled cycle car was manufactured there between 1913 and 1914, which was driven by an air-cooled two-cylinder two- stroke engine in conjunction with a four-speed gearbox and belt drive to the rear wheels. The car was £ 85.
