Company history
FM Russell founded the company in 1906 in the London borough of Willesden and began importing automobiles and chassis that were made into complete vehicles. The brand name was Panther . Production ended in 1908. Russell also ran Westminster Motor Works .

The chassis were probably obtained from Germany . The vehicles were powered by a four-cylinder engine with 14 hp . The price was £ 350 for the chassis alone. The cost of the body was added.
