The EH Bentall & Co. Ltd. was a British company.

Company history

William Bentall founded the company in Maldon (Essex) in 1805 and manufactured agricultural machinery and industrial machinery. In 1906 the production of automobiles began . The brand name was Bentall . Automobile production ended in 1913. A total of around 100 vehicles were built. In 1961 the company was taken over by Acrow . Production ended with its liquidation in 1984.

Various passenger cars with water-cooled two- or four-cylinder engines were created . The circular cooler was typical of the Bentall. A vehicle still exists today.
