Smeddle & Kennedy

Smeddle & Kennedy was a British automobile manufacturer based in Newcastle upon Tyne between 1908 and 1910 . Light vehicles were manufactured there under the name SK Simplex .

In 1908 the 7 hp was brought out. It had a single-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1.05 l, while the larger 8/10 hp model presented in 1909 had a two-cylinder in-line engine with an overhead camshaft and a displacement of 1.45 l. Both cars were 3,048 mm long and 1,600 mm wide and had a chassis with a 2286 mm wheelbase and a track width of 1295 mm.

Both cars were built until 1910.
