Implitico

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Implitico Ltd. was a British theater lighting company based in London .

In 1914, just before the start of the First World War , a cycle car named Imperial was manufactured there. It was powered by a V2 engine from Precision with 8 bhp (5.9 kW) output, the power of which drove the rear wheels via a belt transmission that enabled seven forward gears and, if desired, a reverse gear. The weight was 330 kg.

The Model A was £ 110 and had a reverse gear, the Model B was for £ 95 and had no reverse gear. About 12 copies were made.
