Bristol Motor was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Bristol Motor Co company in Bristol began producing automobiles in 1902. In 1904 it was renamed Bristol Motor Co Limited . Production ended in 1908. A total of 24 vehicles were produced.

The first 10 HP model was equipped with a two-cylinder front engine. The vehicle was similar to the models of the Daimler Motor Company at the time and was available with a tonneau body , among other things . The 16/20 HP model came out in 1905 . It had a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 3053 cc . One of the body variants was the double phaeton (open four-seater).

A vehicle of this brand can be viewed at the Bristol Industrial Museum in Bristol.
