Velox Motor was a British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company Velox Motor Company Limited of Coventry began in 1902 with the production of automobiles. In 1904 production stopped when the company went into liquidation . A total of 23 vehicles were completed, 15 more were under construction.

The first model 10 HP was equipped with a two-cylinder built -in engine from Abeille . In 1903 the four-cylinder model 10 HP with an engine from Forman and the single-cylinder model 4½ HP with an engine from Aster followed . In 1904 the four-cylinder model 20 HP appeared.

A vehicle of this brand occasionally competes in the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run . Bonhams auctioned it on September 7, 2019 for around 57,000 euros .
